Terms & Conditions These terms and conditions must be agreed upon by users of the site "Holidays Port". Please review them carefully before making any bookings.

Agreement & Contract A booking refers to your request for services. Confirmation is sent via email once full payment is received. We act as a third party for many services, such as flights and hotels.

Important points:

  • We do not own the services listed but facilitate bookings between you and suppliers.
  • We recommend travel insurance as we’re not liable for third-party issues.

Travel Suppliers Our suppliers include airlines, hotels, transport providers. All agreements made with them are your responsibility, and their terms apply.

Travel Supplier Conditions The supplier's own terms apply, including those about payments, cancellations, refunds, and changes. Make sure to read their terms before confirming any booking.

Flights Booking Terms & Conditions Use your E-ticket and be at the airport at least 2 hours prior for international flights. Reconfirm return flights 72 hours before departure.

Note:

  • We are not responsible for airline changes or cancellations.
  • Seat assignments are not guaranteed.
  • Low fares may not be for direct flights.
  • Direct and nonstop flights are different—nonstop flights have no stops at all.

Your Financial Protection When you book an ATOL-protected holiday, you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This provides financial protection in case of supplier insolvency.

If services cannot be provided due to insolvency, the ATOL scheme or another ATOL holder may offer alternatives. If not, claims can be made under the ATOL scheme or with your card issuer.

General Taxes apply to all reservations. Vouchers or reward programs are managed by the airline or hotel directly.

  • Special offers and deals will be informed to you by service providers.

Delivery of Your Booking & E-tickets E-ticketing rules vary per airline or provider. Check details carefully before confirming.

Ticket Delivery At Holidays Port, we rely on the accuracy of the details you provide. Once verified and reconfirmed, your paper tickets will be dispatched promptly. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information submitted by you. It is essential to complete all forms accurately to ensure timely delivery.

If you change your email or phone number, please notify us immediately so we can update your records. Always verify that your name and address match your ID or passport to avoid delivery issues. We only deliver to UK addresses. If your address is complicated, kindly explain it clearly in advance. In case of non-receipt within 7 working days, contact us within the next 48 hours so we can assist you. Failing to do so may result in additional charges from the airline.

Should you require tracking information, the email we send will include courier details. While we do our best, Holidays Port cannot be held liable for errors made by you or third-party providers. However, any mistake on our part will be our responsibility, and we will correct it.

To receive alternative arrangements within 48 hours of a ticket issue, you must provide your booking reference and confirm your contact email. Prompt action helps us serve you better.

Cancellations or Modifications Terms Bookings can be canceled or modified, depending on the policies of our travel partners including hotels, airlines, and local providers. Holidays Port does not guarantee full refunds, as each case is subject to provider-specific terms. Our team will assist you as best as possible in managing these changes.

You can cancel or amend your booking by calling or emailing us at support@holidaysport.co.uk. Note that cancellation fees for flights, hotels, or cars may apply as per provider policies.

Important: If you request changes within 7 days of booking, a 40% fee may apply. In many cases, changes may not be permitted. If adjustments are possible, written confirmation and full payment of additional charges are required. This also applies to flight changes or rental bookings, which may be treated as no-shows if not updated in time. Please note, flight tickets are typically non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

Payment Terms Customers must pay in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply based on the type of service, car model, number of drivers, etc. We offer three payment options:

  • Full payment at time of booking
  • Deposit with balance payable before departure
  • Full payment at checkout (if applicable)

If the selected payment plan is not honored, the booking may be cancelled on a non-refundable basis. Payment details and receipts will be shared via email. Payments may be received by Holidays Port, our travel partners, or their agents.

Pricing varies based on airlines and taxation policies. We only use secure payment methods listed on our website—no cash or cheques are accepted. All tickets and documents are issued after full payment. Holidays Port, in affiliation with IATA, ensures your e-tickets are delivered within 24 hours post-payment.

Documents are sent to the cardholder’s billing address. Ensure accurate information is submitted to avoid delays. All payment information is protected under the Data Protection Act 1998.

If there are concerns with your payment, we will contact you within 48 hours of booking. Price changes by airlines are not within our control, and you may be responsible for covering the difference. Your credit card statement may reflect separate charges for airline payments and Holidays Port services.

Passports, Visas & Health Terms This section provides guidelines primarily for UK passport holders. If you are an EU national or visiting the UK temporarily, please consult your embassy for specific travel requirements before planning your holidays with Holidays Port.

Ensure your passport or ID is valid beyond your travel dates. Each destination has different rules. To avoid issues, we recommend checking directly with Holidays Port or the relevant authorities.

Traveling to the USA: Children under 16 must have individual passports. If a name change occurs after booking but before travel, notify us immediately to update your documents. US travel requires a valid visa or completion of a Visa Waiver form. We advise confirming all visa documents before booking.

Visa processes may take time, even with a valid passport. Complete all required forms accurately and early. Once approved, you may proceed with your booking.

Health advice is also important. Visit www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice for medical and vaccination requirements specific to your destination.


General Liability Terms Holidays Port accepts liability only for direct actions or mistakes caused by us. In events like injury, death, or accidents beyond our control, we are not legally responsible unless proven otherwise.

We abide by international travel regulations and claim responsibility for any loss caused directly due to our negligence, covering only the actual cost of services provided.

No responsibility will be taken for indirect losses or damages. Please review all terms and service details before confirming your booking.


Queries & Complaints If you have any questions, complaints, or need support during your travel, our team is available to assist. Contact our customer service team for help.

For airline or hotel-specific issues, you may reach out directly to the respective service providers. Holidays Port will assist where possible, but cannot be held accountable for third-party operations.

Airlines operating from or to the UK are required to collect passenger data before departure. By booking with Holidays Port, you consent to us sharing this information with airlines and relevant authorities as needed.

This typically includes your passport number, nationality, destination address, and contact details.


Customer Behaviour Policy Holidays Port expects all travelers to maintain respectful and lawful conduct. Any inappropriate or unlawful actions may result in cancellation of the trip and reporting to legal authorities.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a booking if a customer’s behavior threatens safety, property, or violates regulations.


Use of Website & Content Holidays Port’s website is provided "as-is". We are not responsible for third-party links, viruses, or damages from external sources.

While we aim for accuracy, content on our site may occasionally contain errors or require updates. Always verify visa, passport, and travel requirements through official channels.


User Responsibilities

  • You are financially responsible for all bookings under your name.
  • All provided information must be accurate and truthful.
  • You must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to make bookings.
  • No speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings are allowed.
  • Illegal or offensive content must not be shared via our platform.

Denial of Access Holidays Port reserves the right to restrict or disable access to the site at any time without prior notice.

Force Majeure Clause Holidays Port is not liable for disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to war, natural disasters, terrorism, pandemics, or government restrictions.

ATOL Protection Holidays Port is ATOL certified under the Civil Aviation Authority. All flight-inclusive packages booked with us are ATOL protected for UK residents. Your confirmation email will contain your ATOL reference.
